Policies: 

• For one-day trips, the full tour fee is due on registration. We need to receive your full-fee check for you to be formally registered. If you cancel out more than 30 days or more before the tour, you will be charged a $100 administrative fee. If you cancel out less than 30 days before the tour, you will forfeit 50% of the full tour fee unless we can find a replacement. If we find such replacement, you will receive a 100% refund. You will receive a 100% fee refund if the tour is cancelled by TyrannoTours. 
  

  
  

• For overnight/multi-day tours, Full payment is due on registration (or when requested). To register, send check (payable to Stephen H. Buck) to Stephen H. Buck, P.O. Box 64986, Tucson, AZ 85728-4986. Your check will not be deposited until it is certain that the tour is a GO. If the tour does not go, your uncashed check will be returned to you. Your check is your receipt for payment. If you cancel out 30 days or more before the tour, you will be charged a $100 administrative fee. If you cancel out less than 30 days before the tour, you will forfeit 50% of the full tour fee or $100 (whichever is greater) unless we can find a replacement. If we find such replacement, you will receive a 100% refund. You will receive a 100% fee refund if the tour is cancelled by TyrannoTours. 

• The tour fee typically includes transportation in a newer air-conditioned, Ford E-350, 12-passenger vans; lodging cost; and all entry fees. Meals are not included unless otherwise indicated. There will be a cold ice chest in our van on most trips for everyone’s use. All tours depart from the entrance to the Tucson International Airport Park & Save remote parking lot on the SE corner of S. Tucson Blvd. and E. Corona Rd. unless otherwise indicated. Vehicles can be safely parked here 24/7 for $4 per day in uncovered spaces or $8 ($12 summer) per day in covered spaces. 

• About 2 weeks before your tour, you will receive ONE letter (duplicate available on request) outlining departure, travel, and trip details. This letter will be sent via USPS mail to the address that you give us. If you fail to show up for a tour, you will forfeit 50% of the full tour fee.

• TyrannoTours is not responsible for injuries or damage that you incur at events or locations or on activities that are not part of the tour or are out of the control of TyrannoTours.

• You are responsible for determining your own abilities and limitations for participation in our tours. TyrannoTours is not responsible if you discover on site that you cannot participate fully in a tour. You may participate as much or as little as you choose in any TyrannoTours activity that you have registered for. We will make adjustments to trip plans or activities as needed to accommodate special needs as long as this does not inconvenience or reduce the experience of other event participants.  

• TyrannoTours has the right to change the details and plans of any tour at their discretion (for occurrences that are out of our control) without notifying participants.
